The cheesy freak shows I saw at the amusement park during my childhood, which my grandpa took me to, have made a significant contribution to this art project. I remember when my Abuelito Lorenzo took me to see the Spiderwoman. She wasn't a superhero, but a girl who was turned into a spider for disobeying her mother.
